Atwell, LLC is hiring a Civil Land Development Engineer to lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial land development projects throughout Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada. The role covers site civil design, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements; project management from due diligence and entitlements through construction; and coordination of permitting and approvals with municipalities and regulatory agencies. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a professional engineer license, at least four years of civil land development experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
