Atwell, LLC is hiring a Project Engineer to lead site/civil engineering and land development projects from initial entitlements through construction completion. The role involves designing water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway systems; managing permitting and entitlements; participating in marketing; and maintaining relationships with clients and government entities. The position is based in the Annapolis office on a hybrid schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, PE licensure, and relevant Maryland experience; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related water and sewer software is preferred. The pay range is $90,000–$126,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
