Pinnacle is hiring a Reliability Data Analyst to transform incomplete operational data into clear reliability recommendations, lead customer-facing reliability workstreams, identify failure trends and risk drivers, and manage multiple priorities with increasing autonomy. The role is designed for growth into management, technical expertise, or customer strategy and sales leadership, and requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or related engineering, approximately four or more years of industrial or reliability-focused experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. The position may involve working inside and outside, around office machinery, near electrical energy, and during extended or irregular hours.
