DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is hiring a Project Engineer for building services and building systems engineering. The role covers technical facility-management projects, including preparation of quality, maintenance, inspection, and acceptance plans; service-concept planning and costing; identification and improvement of technical-system weaknesses; customer and on-site technical support; and renovation proposals. Candidates need a degree in a relevant building-services or facility-management field, professional experience in technical facility management, knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building equipment, and MS Office proficiency. The position offers a permanent contract under the DGB/GVP collective agreement, above-collective-agreement pay, bonuses, employee discounts, and development prospects at the client company.
