Description
The Project Engineer will manage new-build, maintenance, modernization, and conversion projects for building services engineering, with a focus on HVAC and sanitary technology. The role covers project execution, scheduling, cost and quality monitoring, reporting, client representation, technical concept development, procurement, and compliance with HOAI, VOB, and other regulations. It requires a degree in Building Services Engineering, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of standards and software, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is full-time, permanent, and available immediately in Magdeburg, with performance-based pay up to pay grade E 11.
