Description
The Procurement Specialist will independently procure Technical Building Equipment (TGA) construction services, develop procurement strategies, manage suppliers and subcontractors, review bids, negotiate contracts, and prepare specifications. The role also involves technically reviewing plans and specifications and optimizing procurement processes. Candidates should have a relevant engineering or vocational qualification, practical procurement or TGA experience, knowledge of German construction contract procedures, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
