Dr. Spang Ingenieurgesellschaft is hiring a Project Engineer for Structural Planning in its Frankfurt am Main branch. The role is part of the company’s Structural Planning Competence Center and covers geotechnical and special foundation engineering across the full HOAI service lifecycle, including excavation support, slope stabilization, retaining structures, tunnels, foundations, settlement calculations, shaft construction, and structural investigations. Responsibilities include developing planning concepts, modeling geotechnical issues, designing solution options, and performing static calculations using manual methods, software verification, and finite-element methods. The position requires a civil engineering degree focused on geotechnics, soil mechanics, foundation engineering, or structural engineering, along with German language skills of at least C1.
