Description
PEC is hiring a Mechanical Project Engineer to own design work and lead or direct design professionals across multiple projects in a consulting environment. The role prepares and reviews engineering plans and drawings, performs and directs mechanical design computations, coordinates with internal and external design disciplines, supports project proposals and feasibility studies, reviews quality, mentors less experienced staff, and contributes to business development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field, at least four years of engineering experience, and a Professional Engineering license in the location of practice; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM/CAD, HVAC and plumbing design, and related software is required.
