Carmel Partners is hiring a Project Engineer for the Long Beach Marina Shores multifamily development in Long Beach, California. The role supports the Project Manager with construction planning, scheduling, procurement, submittal and shop-drawing review, subcontractor coordination, mock-ups, quality control, site logistics, bid analysis, change management, closeout, and punch-list correction. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, at least one year of commercial or residential construction experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-management software, and authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is $94,000 to $101,000 base plus a bonus incentive.
