Description
ALTEN is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex Layout Engineering scope within multidisciplinary engineering programmes. The role acts as the technical interface between Layout Engineering, Project Controls, and Programme Management, developing work breakdown structures, defining deliverables and dependencies, supporting credible schedules and delivery forecasting, coordinating design integration across engineering disciplines, managing technical risks, and supporting governance, reporting, and supplier coordination. Candidates need strong plant or facility layout, equipment arrangement, CAD integration, spatial coordination, and design integration experience, along with 5–10 years of project engineering, engineering management, project coordination, or technical programme delivery experience. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience is required, and the role may require security clearance.
