Higley Construction is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to support project operations, safety, project controls, estimating, business development, RFI and submittal management, drawing coordination, change management, field coordination, and subcontractor management. The role is entry-level, intended to build a talent pipeline for future full-time openings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or relevant experience.
