Description
The Process Engineer will lead engineering projects from concept through completion at dsm-firmenich’s fragrance manufacturing facility in Princeton, New Jersey. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project execution; collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams; and supports continuous improvement and plant-wide compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least one year of project engineering or related experience. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 plus health benefits, paid time off, holidays, an annual bonus opportunity, and a 401(k) with company matching.
