Description
Lam India Global Hardware Technology is hiring a Project Engineer, Program Lead for its WETS Product Group. The individual-contributor role leads complex mechanical product-definition and drafting programs across global, cross-functional teams; owns cost, quality, and schedule delivery; manages a contract workforce of up to 20 engineers; ensures CAD and engineering documentation quality; and drives standardization, automation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. The role requires a mechanical, production, or industrial engineering degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, hands-on Creo or NX CAD experience, and at least 8 years in capital equipment or a comparable industry.
