Arclin is hiring a Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead capital and engineering projects at its Spruance manufacturing facility in Richmond, Virginia. The role owns projects from concept through startup and closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, technical performance, risks, change control, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. It is an individual-contributor position requiring a bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5+ years of experience leading engineering or capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
