SEL Engineering Services is hiring a Project Engineer - Proposals to lead technical evaluation and development of customer proposals for complex power system and automation projects. The role reviews RFQs and technical specifications, develops work statements, preliminary designs, responsibility matrices, risk assessments, cash flow forecasts, and project schedules, supports customer engagement, collaborates with Contracts, and may supervise project teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, at least eight years of relevant experience, and knowledge of power system protection, control, automation, communications, design, and protective relaying. The position offers annual compensation of $88,400 to $132,700 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
