Southern Water is hiring a Project Engineer for its HIT Team in Falmer, East Sussex, on a permanent hybrid contract. The role focuses on improving the reliability and resilience of rising mains by analysing operational, telemetry, and condition-based maintenance data; diagnosing pressure transients, pump performance issues, and other failure risks; developing data-led intervention models; and overseeing contractors delivering site interventions. Candidates should have experience with complex analytical or telemetry datasets, data-driven diagnostics, technical recommendations, cross-team collaboration, and rising-main operations.
