The employer is hiring a Project Engineer – Road Construction to independently manage complex regional road and traffic construction projects through HOAI performance phases 1–6. The role includes preparing approval-ready documents and feasibility studies, coordinating with clients and authorities, creating tender documents, using 3D/BIM planning methods, and working with draftsmen and project engineers.
