Stromnetz Berlin is hiring a Project Engineer* Smart Metering for its Metering department at the Berlin-Mariendorf site. The role focuses on introducing and integrating new metering technologies, testing and evaluating devices, communication and system solutions, developing technical specifications and processes, conducting functional interoperability tests, and analyzing technical faults. Candidates need an engineering, business/economics, or comparable university degree, several years of experience in metering technology or related technical system landscapes, and experience introducing, integrating, or operating complex technical solutions. The position offers a 37-hour week, mobile working, training, and an entry-level salary of €62,000–€75,000.
