Blach Construction is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, coordination, and close-out of construction projects. The role prepares project documentation, coordinates subcontractors and project teams, manages permits, safety orientations, RFIs, change orders, invoices, records, and site issues, and provides on-site support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, strong Microsoft Office and communication skills, and attention to detail. The position is full-time, based in Southern California, and pays $90,000–$100,000 DOE.
