Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a full-time Engineering Program Manager to coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) hypersonic boost/glide system. The role manages engineering programs, design changes, schedules, test problems, customer and internal reporting, and cost-accountability tracking, while supporting the development and verification of navigation, guidance, control, and embedded flight software. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Integrated Master Schedule and Jira expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; Earned-Value Management, SAFe, and complex embedded flight-software experience are desired. The salary range is $95,900 to $178,100.
