Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time PAC-3 LSE Localization Operations Analyst to support global IAMD Sustainment Localization operations. The role involves collecting and analyzing operational data from ERP, CRM, and production systems; maintaining dashboards and KPI reports; identifying process bottlenecks; conducting root-cause investigations; collaborating with cross-functional teams; and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The position requires a Secret security clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics and sustainment engineering experience, Microsoft Office and TEAMS proficiency, strong communication skills, and experience with PAC-3 or similar complex defense systems.
