Description
The Risks & Opportunities (R&O) Lead establishes, manages, and integrates a risk-and-opportunity framework across the proposal and execution lifecycle, coordinating with proposal, project management, engineering, finance, and customer teams to mitigate threats and capture opportunities. The role also coordinates engineering projects, reviews product design for compliance, approves design changes and drawing releases, and resolves engineering design and test problems. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship, with a full-time salary range of $95,900 to $178,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
