Description
The role coordinates the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects; develops engineering programs; reviews product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contracts, and specifications; approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases; and coordinates technical developments, scheduling, and engineering design and test problems. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, advanced experience with standard operating software, U.S. citizenship, DoD TOP SECRET clearance, and experience with public speaking, meeting leadership, and information presentation. Desired skills include SAP and FBM experience. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
