Lockheed Martin is hiring an Operations Program Manager to support Rotary and Mission Systems production operations for the MIC2 line of business. The role supports production work in Orlando, Florida, and La Mesa, Mexico, and includes CAM responsibility and ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for assigned programs. Responsibilities include manufacturing budgets, earned value management, proposals, basis of estimates, program launches, end-item material delivery, production line execution, process improvements, engineering project coordination, design change approvals, and technical reviews. The position requires prior project management experience, manufacturing process knowledge, EVMS understanding, MS Office proficiency, and strong coordination and leadership skills.
