Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Digital Transformation Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated capabilities for the Saber digital thread ecosystem. The role coordinates Agile Release Trains, IT systems, infrastructure, software, hardware, licensing, and other technical dependencies; manages project schedules, risks, costs, FTEs, and status reporting; and supports architectural assessments and business process definition. The position requires project management, multi-discipline coordination, Microsoft Project, Earned Value Management, and comprehensive project planning experience, with SAFe, PMP, JIRA, and PLM/MES/ERP experience preferred. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
