The role coordinates the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects, formulates engineering programs, reviews product designs, approves design changes and specification releases, and resolves engineering design and test problems. It requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of professional experience, project management and process-design experience, systems-engineering knowledge, and experience interfacing with executive leadership. Desired qualifications include military missile-defense contracting experience, a Secret clearance or higher, development-contract-proposal experience, Navy contracting requirements, and AI prompting proficiency. The full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
