The role supports Operations leadership, oversees factory execution and strategy, reviews product design for compliance, approves design changes and drawing releases, and coordinates technical development, scheduling, and engineering design and test problems. Candidates need leadership, lean manufacturing, cross-functional, earned-value and financial management, proposal, and conflict-management experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education, or a related master's degree with eight years of professional experience. The position offers a full-time salary range of $129,000 to $239,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
