Description
The Functional Integrator leads and supports functional teams within Lockheed Martin’s 1LMX Operations team, bridging business and technology across business areas. The role harmonizes requirements, facilitates workshops, develops functional specifications, collaborates with Scrum teams and IT developers, supports development and quality assurance, and ensures compliance with customer contracts, regulatory mandates, and security policies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, significant Lockheed Martin operations and manufacturing experience, multifunctional-team experience, SAP experience, and strong communication and project-management skills. The position offers full-time compensation ranging from $94,400 to $243,500 depending on the geographic zone, along with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
