Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Operations Program Manager to support Rotary and Mission Systems production programs operating out of the La Mesa, Mexico factory. The role owns manufacturing budgets, earned-value performance, proposals, program launches, production schedules, quality, cost, and schedule delivery, and coordinates with engineering, sourcing, quality, and other functions. Candidates need prior project management experience, manufacturing and EVMS knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and experience coordinating cross-functional work; SAP/COS, CAM certification, a bachelor's degree, and Lean/Six Sigma training are desired. The salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
