Description
The Fusion Agile Release Train Deputy supports the Fusion RTE as a servant-leader and deputy Scrum Master for an Agile Release Train. The role orchestrates planning, execution, and delivery of full Program Increments across multiple cross-functional Agile teams and contracts, leads PI Planning and ART ceremonies, maintains backlog readiness, facilitates team synchronization, and ensures software standards and quality throughout the development lifecycle. The position requires at least five years of Agile project management experience, including two years in a Scrum Master, RTE, or leadership role, along with SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps, stakeholder-management, and systems-thinking capabilities. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
