Description
The Proposal Lead will direct the development of competitive proposals, manage the integrated schedule, technical content, and cost strategy, and coordinate with internal subject-matter experts, senior management, and customers to meet customer expectations and win criteria. The role also coordinates engineering projects, reviews product design for compliance, approves design changes and specification releases, and resolves engineering design and test problems. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship, and offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
