Description
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Project Manager to manage manufacturing schedules, proposals, costs, manpower, risks, configuration control, and production operations. The role coordinates with program management, engineering, sourcing, quality, finance, and other functions; develops manufacturing program plans; resolves issues; supports make/buy decisions; and participates in proposal preparation. The position requires leadership, lean manufacturing, analytical and organizational, financial and budgeting, conflict-resolution, and DoD Secret clearance capabilities, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of professional experience. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
