Description
The Engineering Project Manager coordinates engineering projects from planning through completion, aligning schedules, technical work, design activities, and priorities across teams. The role leads project plans and schedules, resolves risks and issues, reviews designs and documentation, manages budgets and cost estimates, communicates status to stakeholders and DoD customers, and supports technical developments. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, experience with project controls and technical documentation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
