Lockheed Martin Space is hiring an engineering program manager to coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects. The role develops engineering programs, reviews product design for compliance with standards and customer requirements, coordinates technical developments and scheduling, resolves engineering design and test problems, and maintains programmatic processes for a low-rate manufacturing program. Candidates need production-program experience, manufacturing experience, program or project management experience, and technical experience in low-rate manufacturing; missile, launch vehicle, space vehicle, earned value, and cross-functional coordination experience are desired.
