BKF is hiring a Project Engineer for its Government Solutions team serving public agency clients throughout the Bay Area, based in the Richmond area. The role supports transportation and capital improvement projects, including roadway, complete streets, multimodal, traffic, utility, drainage, and ADA-related design and coordination through planning, design, bidding, and construction support. Candidates need at least three years of transportation engineering experience, a B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with SignCAD, AGI 32, or Synchro/Simtraffic is desirable, and EIT certification is preferred. The position offers a typical base salary of $99,000 to $135,000 annually, paid biweekly, with hybrid work and benefits.
