GHD is hiring a part-time, as-needed Project Manager / Project Engineer – Transportation to support transportation, municipal infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across planning, design, procurement, and construction. The role provides senior-level project engineering, design oversight, consultant coordination, project controls, public agency coordination, funding support, and construction-phase assistance. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Santa Rosa, California office, with hours varying based on project needs. Candidates need extensive relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong project coordination and communication skills; professional engineering licensure is preferred but not required. The salary range is $62.00-$105.00 per hour based on experience.
