The Product Line Lead functions as a mini-project manager for a specific product line, owning end-to-end execution of scope, schedule, cost, and performance while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. The role directs engineering projects, plans and organizes project staff, assigns personnel, coordinates technical developments and scheduling, and resolves engineering design and test problems. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education, the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
