Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a Project Engineering Associate Manager for its Apache Fire Control (AFC) Depot Operations team in Orlando, Florida. The role leads engineering projects and AFC repair operations, coordinates sustainment contracts and factory and off-site logistics, develops depot and sustainment strategies, and supervises staff. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant military maintenance, logistics, or supply chain experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, and U.S. citizenship. The position offers a full-time salary of $104,900 to $194,700 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of professional experience in military maintenance, field operations, deployment operations, depot operations, logistics, or Supply Chain Management
Experience in a public-private partnership involving a U.S. Government depot partnership arrangement
Experience supporting Department of Defense logistics, depot operations, and Supply Chain Management in a post-production or sustainment environment
Experience executing Sustainment or Performance Based Logistics contract requirements
Experience supporting U.S. Government or Foreign Military Sales customers
Technical experience supporting Army maintenance or military sustainment operations
Experience interfacing with senior management and government or military customers
Previous personnel management experience, including performance reviews, hiring, employee development, and disciplinary actions
Experience with Government Property accountability, management, or custodial responsibilities
Knowledge of DoD inventory control and warehouse management, including government audit support
Working knowledge of OSHA requirements for depot, maintenance, warehouse, or industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications: 15 or more years of experience in military maintenance, field operations, deployment operations, depot operations, logistics, or Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of Army Materiel Command logistics and supply systems, including STAMIS, CCSS, LMP, and the U.S. Army Supply System
Advanced knowledge of Army maintenance processes and international customer requirements
Experience serving as an organizational representative or spokesperson for depot operations, sustainment, or customer matters
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with U.S. Government, military, and international customers
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Experience developing and executing long-range operational goals and sustainment strategies
Ability to develop solutions to complex operational, logistics, or sustainment problems
Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors or equivalent leadership experience
Record of sustained high performance in depot operations, logistics, sustainment, or Supply Chain Management
Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders and customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
