Description
The Project Engineering Intern will work on-site at fairlife’s Coopersville, Michigan plant from May 24 through August 10, 2027, supporting the production plant project engineering team. The intern will learn the engineering team’s responsibilities, lead and report on high-priority projects, understand manufacturing processes and standards, and work with contractors. The role requires enrollment in a four-year undergraduate program, a 3.0 GPA or higher, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. The internship is paid, on-site, Monday through Friday, and reports to the Capital Projects Manager.
