Synopsys is hiring a Senior Manager, Technical Project Management to lead a portfolio of semiconductor IP projects across Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, and ASIC product lines. The role manages project engineering managers, refines project management processes and tooling, monitors portfolio health, coordinates with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams, and guides risk mitigation, schedule recovery, and scope negotiation. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 10 years of semiconductor project or program management experience, and a proven record leading other project managers or technical program leads.
