Description
Synopsys is hiring a senior engineering leader to manage global Silicon IP projects from planning through completion. The role leads cross-functional teams, represents the product line to customers and stakeholders, develops project plans and schedules, monitors quality and budgets, resolves conflicts, and mentors team members. Candidates need an engineering or applied science degree, at least eight years of relevant semiconductor experience, and expertise in mixed-signal IP, SOC, ASIC, PCIe, Ethernet, project management, quality management, and Linux environments.
