Synopsys is hiring an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional engineering programs in its Silicon IP business. The role covers project planning, execution tracking, risk and change management, customer-facing technical communication, product updates, quality processes, and team mentoring. It requires a degree in engineering or applied science or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of customer-facing engineering project or program management experience, and familiarity with mixed-signal IP, SoC, or ASIC development. The position can be performed in Lisbon or Porto.
