Description
The Strategic Project Engineering Manager will lead complex automation projects for the meat processing industry, developing preliminary designs, specifications, cost estimates, feasibility and economic studies, and as-built documentation. The role coordinates vendors, contractors, plant personnel, consultants, and management; oversees project schedules, budgets, contracts, installations, and project execution; and continuously improves robotic and controls knowledge. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, leadership experience, and proficiency in engineering economics, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management.
