The role supervises a mix of exempt, nonexempt, and contractor personnel and requires strong biopharmaceutical engineering leadership, financial control, technical project management, and stakeholder communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline is desired, along with significant engineering or operational experience.
