DS Smith is hiring a Project Engineering Manager for its UK & Ireland Packaging Division. The role manages the engineering, technical design, implementation, commissioning, cost estimation, risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, supplier and contractor management, and data analysis for significant change programmes and continuous improvement projects. It is a hybrid position with remote working and frequent UK-wide travel, requiring formal engineering training and experience in project engineering, organisational change, process improvement, complex technical solutions, and multiple contractors.
