Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to support Operations Business Units and Facilities management by leading engineering teams and planning and executing capital projects for plant operations, warehouses, and R&D. The role involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, developing capital cost structures, preparing project studies and estimates, improving manufacturing layouts and equipment processes, and mentoring engineering and production staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, a track record managing several $1 million or larger capital projects, and at least five years of food manufacturing experience, with project management and lean certifications preferred.
