LATICRETE International is hiring a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital expenditure projects and provide engineering services for the design, specification, construction, installation, and start-up of manufacturing processes, equipment, buildings, and support systems. The role manages project scope, cost, schedules, compliance, vendors, financial tracking, team performance, operational support, process improvement, OEE, and production efficiency, while troubleshooting equipment and training personnel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of process manufacturing experience, advanced analytical and project management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. The role is first shift and requires 25–50% travel plus substantial physical activity.
