Description
Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Project Engineering Manager to plan and execute moderate-to-complex projects across assigned beverage-production facilities, including line and process upgrades, building extensions, equipment procurement, supplier and contractor management, budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards. The role also leads root-cause analysis, equipment and line performance optimization, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and cross-functional project execution. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or beverage production; PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
