Description
The Project Engineering Manager will lead large-scale, complex technical projects in the food industry, overseeing engineering design, feasibility studies, cost estimates, standards compliance, field validation, as-built drawings, vendor and contractor management, project scheduling, contract administration, budget monitoring, and project reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, leadership experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, engineering economics, and project management. The position may require travel to other locations approximately 50% of the time.
