The role covers project scope and deliverables, detailed designs, project planning, budgets, due diligence, feasibility studies, process optimization, standardized engineering practices, and the development of a project engineering management framework. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in metallurgical or mining engineering, expertise in process optimization and capacity upgrades, experience managing large-scale projects exceeding $250 million from PFS to completion, and experience in full-lifecycle EPCM delivery.
